Ahead of Sunday's Muhurat Trading session, Eternal appears on four brokerage lists, the most appearances specified in the compilation of picks for Samvat 2083.
The BSE and NSE will hold the special session on Sunday, 8 November 2026, for Diwali Laxmi Pujan and the start of Samvat 2083, with pre-open trading beginning at 2:05 pm and the equity session running from 2:20 pm to 3:30 pm.
Nine brokerages selected stocks for a 100-stock compilation for Samvat 2083: Arihant Capital, Nirmal Bang, PL Capital, SBI Securities, Mirae Asset Sharekhan, 5paisa, JM Financial, SMC Global and Motilal Oswal Financial Services.
Where the brokerage picks overlap
Eternal is included by Motilal Oswal, JM Financial, 5paisa and Nirmal Bang. ICICI Bank is named by SMC Global, JM Financial and Mirae Asset Sharekhan, while Indian Hotels is named by 5paisa, Mirae Asset Sharekhan and SBI Securities.
The specified two-brokerage overlaps include Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bharti Airtel, Larsen & Toubro, Tata Steel, UltraTech Cement and Tata Consumer Products. The table shows which firms are named for each pick where the compilation identifies them.

The compilation features less widely followed names, including Marine Electricals, Jyoti CNC Automation and Vindhya Telelinks, alongside Reliance Industries and Titan Company.
The compilation describes Mirae Asset Sharekhan's 15 recommendations as the largest selection, but also counts 16 companies on Arihant Capital's list. Those conflicting counts do not support ranking the brokerages by list size.

Market gains and the outlook
The Sensex gained 1,718.01 points, or 2.17%, to close at 81,028.02 on Friday, while the Nifty 50 rose 493.75 points, or 2.01%, to 25,030.35. That extended its winning run to a seventh session.
That single-session rise contrasts with Motilal Oswal Wealth Management's estimate: the Nifty fell about 12% over Samvat 2082.
Motilal Oswal Wealth Management projects Nifty earnings per share growth of 16% for FY27, followed by 14% in FY28; its estimate for FY26 is 5%. Whether earnings deliver the expected rebound remains uncertain.
The brokerage said the Nifty’s forward earnings multiple is 17.5 times, roughly 16% under its long-term average, while smallcaps are valued at a 25% premium.
An account of Motilal Oswal's outlook puts first-quarter FY27 GDP growth at 7.8% and the government's capital-spending budget at ₹12.2 lakh crore. It also reports record monthly SIP inflows of ₹32,490 crore in September, alongside an IPO pipeline of more than 225 companies.
The same account says the RBI raised its repo rate by 25 basis points to 5.50%. It puts foreign investor outflows at a record $28 billion between January and September 2026, while the rupee was trading near ₹95 to the dollar.
Motilal Oswal Wealth Management said it's watching the RBI's rate path, crude prices, foreign investor flows and whether earnings recover. The India-EU and India-US trade agreements were also on its list, with their outcomes still uncertain.
